Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. 
Pets are not accepted.
A booking is confirmed once you receive our booking confirmation and we receive your payment of 50% of the total of the booking.

Cancellations:

• 10 days before arrival, cancellation fee of 10% of the total of the booking.
• Less than 10 days before arrival, no reimbursement.
• When immediate cancellations, a cancellation fee of 5% will be charged, 10% if payment was done by American Express.
